Two years of strong growth is positive. However, sales of 9,000 is well short of 2007's 23,000 total. It shows how things are improving economically in Europe but still some way off where the market was when it was hot, probably too hot.
Nissan has been a popular car for the last decade, and has a healthy lead over the rest. Toyota managed a drop in sales despite the improving conditions, but they'll be back. In small countries, sales bounce all over the place, so the 2011 to 2015 rankings to the left of the chart show trends over five years.
