Latvia most recently got its independence in 1991, with the end of the Soviet era. It lies between Estonia to the north and Lithuania to the south, the three nations making up the Baltic States.
It's car and Light Commercial sales were down slightly at just under 1% but 2014 is already showing signs of strong growth. Green highlights brand that increased.
