JLR hasn't always fulfilled my optimistic expectations for 2015 but they are coming home with a wet sail, or finishing strongly if you haven't heard that saying before. We'll now look at each marque for November '15.
Jaguar: 6,000 sales in 11/2014 and 8,000 in 11/2015, up 33%. The XE model constituted 4,000 of those sales or half the November 2015 figure. The UK was up 66% and the rest of Europe 123%. The figures below are from Jan-Nov 2015.
Summary: A record breaking November sales performance for JLR. I would anticipate JLR combined to sell 477,000 vehicles in 2015, up from 144,000 in 2009. That is a massive improvement and testament to how well managed the company is and of the quality of the personnel.

The Defender model increased most as a percentage +26.5% and as the model is being phased out has caused a last minute surge in demand. The Discovery Sport wasn't sold last year so was actually the biggest improver by units. The UK was up 72%, the rest of Europe +62% and North America +74%. .
