Since 1992, The Netherlands has bought about 36,000 Land Rover vehicles. Not as many as it could have been and of late affected by policies to encourage cars that have low emissions. Once LR gets hybrids onto the market, then things will go up for LR here.
The best times for LR were from 1999 to 2002. The economic downturn around 2009 was huge and now regulations have affected its rebound. Despite that, LR remains popular. Unfortunately for many years commercial sales haven't been divided by model, many of which I assume were Defender models. Since 2010 I was able to ascertain what they were. In the infinitesimal chance that any reader is able to let me know what those commercial sales were by model, I will amend the chart accordingly. Thank you.
