In 2012 Russia had nearly three quarters of sales for this region but by 2016, it was just above the halfway mark. This has dragged the total down from about 4 million to less than 2.7 million. Although all nations bar one had increases, the one decrease ensured there was no growth.
The Ukraine has suffered too and in from 2012 to 2015 dropped from 237,600 to 46,500. A slight revival for 2016 was achieved. At least Poland had a good run over that period, growing from 273,500 to 416,100.
