Sales leaped 17% in 2016 and past the 100k mark with ease. Sounds good but the numbers are still quite low compared to some years from last decade. The local car brand Dacia has done well nuder Renault ownership. It still commands over 30% of the sales, although that is down on the last three years. As for the rest, increases are aplenty.
In the chart below, pale yellow represents a reduction in registrations, pale blue is increase but lost market share. Green is for those exceeding the market growth and finally the salmon colour for those with over 100% increase.
