Car/LCV Sales Belarus: 2012

Belarus seems to be a conservative nation to the west of Russia, ruled with an authoritarian style. The country is best known in New Zealand for its shot putter Nadzeya Ostapchuk. Enough said.
Many of the brands here are Russian, often making light commercial vehicles. The name Daewoo keeps popping up in Eastern Europe although the brand has long since gone elsewhere. I presume they are made under licence to GM but built in Europe, so they are classified here as European. The Samand brand is from Iran made by the company Iran Khodro. Overall, quite an open and diverse market.
