2015 was a record year for car sales, with over 250,000 sold. Kia entered the top 10 brands for the first time in 2010 and now another first, 1st. It had to bump out of the way sister brand Hyundai who had been the best selling since 2011. Before that it had Mazda for so long.
Mitsubishi has had a history of going up and down in Israel and for now it's on an upward cycle. GM US which includes Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac is steadily falling out of favour. Subaru jumped to 12th with a 76% increase and Peugeot was up five places.

There are also sales for taxis that only turned up in 2012 as data. Was it separated from cars at that time or not reported on before? Whatever the reason, Škoda is the most popular taxi with over 30% of their number.
