The available data I have for the Emerald Isle goes back to 2007, which is a year that detail is incomplete. In the years where this chart starts, Ireland's economy was booming and that is reflected in the sales back then. Range Rovers were the vehicle of preference for LR buyers at that time. I would wager the 'Other' figure of that year would be Discovery and Defender sales.
The crash came and it was drastic with sales crumbling. Since then, a steady revival has taken place. The model to do best through this time is the Discovery. The Discovery Sport looks like it will do well in Ireland too. The Evoque has been solid but not been as successful here compared to other European markets.
