JLR 2016 regionally:
When Land Rover and Jaguar are combined, sales are not far off 600,000 units for 2016. In 2009, the total was under 200,000! From that year forward, sales have increased each year. Europe (including the UK) accounted for 44% in the 2016 calendar year, China and North America are close with about 20% each. The rest of the world is lagging behind with only 4% more sales.

JLR 2008 - 2016:
Sales dropped in 2009 as economic problems hit the industry. Things then started improving. The Range Rover Evoque was introduced in 2011 and by 2012 its effect was evident. What a stroke of genius that model was! The Discovery Sport arrived in 2015, along with the Jaguar XE. That gave a boost in 2016, along with the F-Pace (that will have more of an impact in 2017 though).

Summary: Sales will pass the 600k mark in 2017, driven by Jaguar mainly. Land Rover will start slowly and build when the new Discovery comes along during the year. The star should be the Jaguar F-Pace with its first full year of sales. The question I have is how many can JLR build?
