In this Balkan nation car sales were down 26% on 2011. 56,000 cars were sold in 2007, so things are similar here to most of Europe, somewhat depressed. Skoda did well to its hold sales volume and increase it's market share a sizable 4% from 11.7%.

FAS or Fiat Automobiles Serbia was established in 2008 but was formerly the maker of Yugo cars. It makes an older Fiat Punto as the Zastava 10, plus the new Fiat 500 L model from 2012. I think Serbs are going off the old Punto if -51% is anything to go by. Both Audi and MINI had a good year though.


The first three columns show 2010 to 2012 ranking, the second column in from the right is increase or decrease, and the extreme right shows market share for the major brands.
